Class proxy attribute should generate specified interface
Description
Currently, specifying an interface in the proxy attribute on the class tag requires that the interface already exist. It would be helpful if the interface does not already exist, that it would be generated at the same time as the specified class.

It would be very nice if this worked on the way that the user can decide if only the interfaces or only the classes are generated or both.
Since this issue is older than 10 years, I am resolving this with resolution 'out of date'. Feel free to reopen if it is still important.
It’s still an issue. I think I made a patch for it. We’ve run with that patch for 10 years.
hmm, I seem to remember something like that… but it must be a duplicate issue of this one then?
