Invalid references to outdated EhCache classes

https://docs.jboss.org/hibernate/stable/orm/userguide/html_single/Hibernate_User_Guide.html#caching-provider-ehcache-region-factory references org.hibernate.cache.ehcache.EhCacheRegionFactory and org.hibernate.cache.ehcache.SingletonEhCacheRegionFactory.

These classes have been moved to an internal package and we should now promote the short names.
