Add support for HANA Cloud

Description

SAP HANA Cloud was released on March 27, 2020. The current HANA dialects don't work fully with HANA Cloud because of certain differences between HANA 2 and HANA Cloud. A new dialect for HANA Cloud should be provided that can be used with HANA Cloud.
