Improve IsolatedClassloaderTest so that primary key is also custom

Improve IsolatedClassloaderTest and corresponding entities so that not only a custom type if used in the query as parameter, but the entity's primary key is also a custom type.

This issue is currently scheduled for 3.5.x, but not 3.6. Should this issue be fixed in 3.6 as well (or instead)? If so, please correct the fix version(s).
