AuditProperty.isNotNull creates an incorrect condition in the MySQL dialect

Description

When using AuditProperty.isNotNull(), envers will generate a sql condition "property<>null". This condition can never evaluate to true (it must use MySQL's "is not null" convention)

Attached are two example classes which should replicate the issue.

Environment

3.5.6-FINAL, MySQL 5.0.27, for apple-darwin9.3.0
