add support for SQL-standard DATE/TIME/TIMESTAMP syntax

Description

We should let you write `DATE 'YYYY-MM-DD'`, `TIME 'HH:MM:SS'` and `TIMESTAMP ''YY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS'`, converting it to the vendor-specific syntax where necessary (on most databases no conversion is required).

This is a nicer syntax than the JDBC escape thing that is supported by the JPA spec.
