Some tickets are missing in the release notes

Description

Some tickets are not assigned to a fixVersion, even though they were fixed: https://hibernate.atlassian.net/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20HSEARCH%20AND%20resolution%20%3D%20Fixed%20and%20fixVersion%20is%20empty%20AND%20parent%20is%20empty
While I can understand that, in some cases, a fixVersion is not relevant (HSEARCH-2284 for instance), in some other case we clearly forgot to add the fixVersion (HSEARCH-1982 for instance), and thus the ticket does not appear in the release notes.
We should assign fixVersions in JIRA and edit the release notes where necessary.
