configure GroupSequemceProvider via xml

Currently, only group-sequence can be provided in xml configuration, please support group-sequence-provider as well :

It cannot as the XML schema is defined per spec.

Unfortunately, that's something that's missing in the spec so we cannot easily fix it in HV. We would need a spec update. I will add it to the list of the things we need to include in the next version of the spec.
