Add AtomikosJtaPlatform implementation

Description

I've noticed that there is no Atomikos standard `JtaPlatform` implementation so if you're using that transaction manager there are extra steps required.

Is that an oversight or is there another reason?

We might want to merge it to 5.3 as well.

Hi ,

I think it's mostly that we haven't had anyone contributing this to ORM.

Apart from writing the code, we definitely need someone testing that it works as expected.
