Restore SPI removal SharedSessionContractImplementor.getTransactionStartTimestamp()

Description

The removal of SharedSessionContractImplementor.getTransactionStartTimestamp()is being problematic, I’m going to restore the method as deprecated so that upgrades are better manageable by integrators.
