can you please check if the issue still persists with Hibernate 6.2.8 or 6.3.0?

I tried and it seems resolved.

Hi @Andrea Boriero. The last attachment contains the working test in the appropriate format. The previous attachment was wrongly configured but I can not remove it.

i downloaded the project you provided and run gradle test but I had not failures, can you please try to create a test case using the template https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-test-case-templates/tree/main/orm/hibernate-orm-6 ?
