H2Dialect should use CACHED option for temporary table creation

Description

Response from Thomas, answering my question:

I guess I would use 'cached' tables (meaning the data is persisted,
and the indexes are persisted), just to avoid out-of-memory in all
cases. If it turns out to be a performance problem (which I don't
think it will) it could still be changed later on.

1 create local temporary table if not exists

should get replaced with

1 create cached local temporary table if not exists
