H2Dialect should use CACHED option for temporary table creation

Description

Response from Thomas, answering my question:

I guess I would use 'cached' tables (meaning the data is persisted,

cases. If it turns out to be a performance problem (which I don't
think it will) it could still be changed later on.

Steve, should this be backported to 3.6.4?

If so, please add 3.6.5 as a fix version and I'll backport it.

Thanks,
Gail
