Write orm.xml parser

Description

The existing parser needs to be replaced by a new one. The idea is to generate enhance (create a new one) the annotation based jandex index with pseudo annotations. See also https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JANDEX-1

I thought you would change the name, but looking at https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-core/pull/73 it seems you did I must have missed the notification.
Only problem now is that it would need currently a merge to be applied. Maybe you can close the this pull request, rebase and create a new one?
