Document the HikariCP connection pool

Description

The documentation exclusively mentions "the two" connections pools provided with Hibernate: C3P0 and proxool.
Would be nice to add the HikariCP to the club, and show some example configurations.

I have documented the HikariConnectionProvider. See my comments on wrt setting the isolation.

If isn't fixed soon, the docs should probably mention this peculiarity.
