Allow definition of Elasticsearch analyzers from Hibernate Search

Description

It seems there is an API allowing to define analyzers remotely in ES: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/2.4/indices-update-settings.html

Maybe we could use that to push analyzers along with the mappings?

Moving to 5.6.0-CR1, but it will be the lowest priority. It's a prerequisite to adding ES 5.0 support.
