AsyncExecutor blocks forever on shutdown

Description

We have a situation on Infinispan where closing an index backend blocks forever with the stack trace attached. We are not sure of the reason why since it is blocking on

but there are not threads running called "Index updates queue processor for index ...".

We've cleaned up that code, there were a couple of race conditions around "using" vs "stopping/starting" that Executor. I could not reproduce the issue anymore after that, so I think it's resolved.. let us know if I'm mistaken Thanks!
