Prevent mappings that assign multiple types to a single field

Description

We should prevent the situation described in https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HSEARCH-2448#icft=HSEARCH-2448 to arise regardless of the indexing service.

Resolved as part of the Search 6 proof of concept groundwork: you cannot define the same field twice anymore.
Tests coming as part of HSEARCH-3141.

I think this was solved as part of the Search 6 proof of concept groundwork, but we need to add tests.
