Prepare ORM performance tests for the introduction of completely different scenarios

Description

In particular, mass-indexing testing scenarios would require to run different tasks, but would still require similar setup/teardown/reports. Separating the tasks from the setup/teardown/reports will spare us some copy/pasting.

Marking as "to be backported to 5.8" because must be backported, and is more easily implemented after these changes.
