@Positive (et al) not valid for Optional<BigDecimal/BigInteger>

Description

Specifying @Positive (or several of the related numeric constraints) on Optional<BigDecimal> or Optional<BigInteger> yields the following exception:

This is, at minimum, contrary to expectations: @Positive works on BigDecimal, and lists TYPE_USE as a target.
