Warn users about misuse of the constraint annotation

Need to consider adding the warnings to the annotation processor (for compile time warnings) and to the engine for the runtime warnings (probably best to do it when collecting metadata).

Need to provide a way to suppress the warnings (e.g. have a payload that specifies where the constraint is supposed to be applied to).
