EANValidator removed from the latest versions

Description

Hi,

Why EANValidator was removed from the latest versions? Didn't it work? Is there some bug or problem to use this validator in previous versions?
I did some tests with EANValidator in previous releases and it seems work fine. So, why remove that?

Once settled on the final semantics of Mod10Check we could add an @EAN using constraint composition.

There was really no issue with the EAN validator. It was just not taken over at the move form HV 3 to 4. I'll take a look at it.
