Use WildFly for integration tests

Description

We still use AS 7.1.1 for the integration tests but we should use the latest WildFly release instead. This will also make copying the BV API obsolete. I think we should update the HV modules though before running the tests (as we do for the TCK runner).

Does the set-up from Search provide any benefit we should take advantage of?

Nope. Just multiple modules. One per tested container.

I just had a quick update of the dependency in mind. Does the set-up from Search provide any benefit we should take advantage of? If not I'd keep it simple.

Wildfly integration test sounds good, question is whether we really want to replace the current setup or add a new one (similar to Search). Not sure!?
