Update JavaDoc CSS and enforce JDK 7 for builds

Description

OGM should be build using JDK 6.
We should enforce it using the maven plugin.

In order to build OGM with Java 7 the JavaDoc CSS file needs to be updated to define the right classes. Java 7 or later needs to be enforced for builds once using the new stylesheet.

Ok, let's do this then. Note that this requires building with Java 7 as the new CSS won't work with Java 6 built JavaDoc. Assigned the issue to me.

Yes the problem was the CSS, copying the updated one from ORM is another possible solution.

Hmm, too bad. I just built the JavaDocs and it looked good to me. If possible I'd prefer to enforce a newer Java version than 6 (if any at all).
