Upgrade to Apache Karaf 4.2.1 to be able to test in JDK10, hopefully JDK11

Turns out this is not smooth sailing yet.

  • Karaf 4.2.0 doesn't boot on JDK11 "early access": 11-ea: integer expression expected

  • There is no release of pax-exam compatible with JDK10 (see PAXEXAM-915)

  • Is there at least any release of pax-exam compatible with Kafar 4.2.x?
